Bootcamp delivers high-intensity aerobic exercise in the open air. In extreme weather conditions we can divert to the gym for extreme indoor circuit training.
With ASF you have a choice between different training sessions:
- one on one
- In a group
- The hardcore version (US military style)
- The obstacle run (British style)
- The triathlon version (swimming, cycling and running)
