Flexible muscles are a must, both for athletes and non-athletes. In all training sessions of ASF flexibility exercises are included, but I also give separate sessions in flexibility.

Ideal if you do a lot of sitting or standing work. But also for athletes who have tight and shortened muscles.

This is relaxing, but also preventative. Exercises are performed sitting, standing and lying down.
